OFLOW is looking for staff who align with our God-driven mission and vision to brew kindness and bake with love, connecting the community one serving at a time and giving back, supporting our Pay it Forward program. 

If you are interested in joining our team as a barista or baker's assistant, start by applying here and attaching your resume. In your message, please include the following information: 

• Barista or Baker assistant position you  are applying for
• Your availability for interview (days of the week, times should be between 9 am-12 noon)
• Tell us the work days (M-Sat) you are available to work. Part-time will be 20-25 hours or approximately 3 days a week.
• Barista shifts are usually from open 7:30 am to 2 p.m and 2 p.m. to 8 pm close.
• Baker Assistant Shifts are usually from approximately 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. You must be able to work independently. Saturday availability is required, but if there are a few Saturdays you cannot work, we can work with you with advance notice.
• Include at least two professional references.
• We can train you to be good at your job if you have minimal experience, but we can't train you to be kind and compassionate; that is through God.
