☕ Barista / Junior Barista
Hospitality‑focused | Customer connection | Room to grow
Looking for a team player who will stay past the summer school break
- Morning shifts: 7:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
- Evening shifts: 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- Saturdays may start earlier or end later
- 17–18+ preferred to operate espresso equipment
- Ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality and wants to grow in a fast‑paced café environment
Pay: Negotiable based on experience
🥖 Lead Baker
Creative leadership | Scratch bakery | Meaningful work
Ready to step out of corporate baking—and into something more creative, collaborative, and personal?
OFLOW is looking for a seasoned Lead Baker to help innovate, refine recipes, and streamline processes while working side-by-side with the owner.
- ✔ Commercial bakery experience required
✔ Experience leading or mentoring a small team
✔ Passion for quality, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement
✔ Strong ability to work independently and take ownership
✔ Hands-on role developing new products and improving workflows
✔ Opportunity to guide and grow a small team of Baker Assistants
Pay: Negotiable based on experience
